Our quality and welding systems are certified to AS/NZS 5131 Construction Category 2 and ISO 3834.2. Every Ferrofab order is welded to qualified procedures, inspected for dimensions and straightness, and shipped with mill certificates and inspection records. Weld inspection and non-destructive testing (visual, MT and UT) to AS/NZS 1554.1 are carried out by qualified inspectors, with reports included in your compliance pack.
Each member receives a unique piece mark that links its drawing, plate heat number, welding, inspection and dispatch information.
