Made-to-order WB and WC sections, welded on our automated submerged arc line in Sydney and delivered nationally.
We specialise in supplying welded beams and columns manufactured to each customer’s drawings and project specifications. Specify your required depth, flange width, plate thickness, steel grade and finished length — we manufacture the member you need, quickly, rather than limiting you to off-the-shelf stock lengths.
Flanges and webs are cut from certified plate, tacked up square and welded on our automated submerged arc (SAW) line, giving deep-penetration, full-length web-to-flange welds with consistent quality and minimal distortion. If you want end plates, holes, copes or splice plates, we add them before it goes on the truck.
